Will there be a season 3 of 'Renovatio Island'?
'Renovation Island' fans don't think so HGTV hasn't officially renewed 'Renovatio Island' for Season 3 yet. But based on the show's consistently high ratings for both Season 1 and Season 2, we wouldn't be surprised if the network decides to renew it for Season 3.
Bored of their regular life in Canada, contractor Bryan Baeumler and his wife Sarah Baeumler decided to do something exciting and adventurous to make their life a bit more exciting. For most people, this would mean either traveling around the world or probably picking up a new hobby. But for Bryan and Sarah, it meant leaving behind their cozy life in Canada and moving to the Bahamas. The couple decided to embark on an 'adventure of a lifetime' when they bought an old, rundown hotel and decided to renovate it into a plush resort for tourists.
Luckily for us, all their adventures were well documented on HGTV's hit show 'Renovation Island'. After landing on the island and having a closer look at their new property, the Baeumlers realized that they may have bitten more than what they can chew. But Bryan and Sarah were determined to not quit and took on the challenge head-on, despite the many obstacles that were thrown their way. From hurricanes to a global pandemic, Bryan and Sarah have truly risked everything while trying to run their swanky resort.

While waiting for 'Renovation Island' Season 3, viewers can catch up on the show's previous seasons on Discovery account. Episodes are available to stream a day in advance for those who are subscribed to the app. Apart from these options, the new season will also be available to stream on the HGTV Go app. Viewers can also access the episodes using other streaming services including Philo, Hulu Live TV, Sling TV, Vidgo, AT&T TV, and fuboTV.
Season 1 of 'Renovation Island' featured Bryan and Sarah racing against time to complete the renovations on time so that they can open the resort to tourists and begin to generate some return on their whopping million investment. Although the Baeumlers managed to finally open the doors to their resort to guests, that joy was shortlived, as they quickly had to once again shut down their operation due to the global pandemic. So Season 2 featured the Baeumlers family's experience with running Caerula Mar luxury resort during the pandemic. So when the show returns for Season 3, we might hopefully finally get to see Bryan and Sarah enjoying the fruits of their labor and giving us a peek into the day-to-day operations of Caerula Mar resort.
The show features the couple Bryan and Sarah Baeumler. Bryan is a licensed contractor and the host of several shows on HGTV. His wife Sarah, who owns a brand called 'Sarah Delivered', is an interior designer with an eye for aesthetics. The couple has appeared on several HGTV shows together such as 'House of Bryan', ' Bryan Inc' and 'Island of Bryan'.

Renovation IslandResort Details
This resort is located in South Andros Island. It is called Caerula Mar Club. It is gorgeous and their website shows everything at the resort. They even let you book a room right on their website. The rooms run around 0/night and they do seem to require a 3-night minimum stay. Most people traveling that far do not mind staying a few days. Flights are not something that you can set up on their site.
Season 1 of the show was all about Sarah and Bryan Baeumler getting their resort ready. Now, they are finally there. They spent million on the falling apart property, but of course, had to put a lot more into it before it was ready for guests.
The preview for a new season ofRenovation Island is out. In this preview, they are open, but still under construction. One other thing they are dealing with is the pandemic. They opened up their business, just as it was time for everything to get shut down. This was awful timing, but there was no way that when they bought the Renovation Island resort they knew this would happen.
Last year, Sarah was asked if she had any regrets about opening up this property. She explained her thoughts.
“When we started it looked like a Walking Dead set. It was originally built in the 1960s and had been sitting empty for a decade. The salt in the air had corroded everything land crabs were in the basement and kitchen, termites were everywhere in the hotel block and main building. It definitely had the beautiful location and lots of potential, but that’s about it. We definitely underestimated the challenges. But most people work 51 weeks a year so they can spend one week in paradise. We’re here every day!”
Season 3 of Renovation Islandstarts airing on June 20, 2021, on HGTV. Do not miss new episodes and watching the Baeumler family on their new journey!
